How to Reach Wayanad by Road:

The distance between Bangalore and Wayanad is roughly 286 kilometres. This can be covered within a short span of 5 to 6 hours. There are three routes to reach Wayanad, but NH209 is usually the preferred one for most travellers. Once you are on this route, you have to drive through the NICE Bangalore Mysore Express from Raja Rammohan Roy Road and Mysore Road. Then, take the NH209 to Chamarajanagar. You can continue driving through SH81 to NH212, towards Meenangadi, and from there onto Panamaram Road. When you reach this place, take the Kenichira Karimbadi Road in Kariyambadi. And from here, you will easily find your way to your destination. The other two alternate routes are NH275 and NH212 or NH209 and NH212.

By Rail:

Wayanad is not connected directly by rail. So, you can take a train to Kozhikode, which is the nearest railway station to Wayanad. Once you reach this station, you can easily board a taxi or bus to reach your destination.

By Air:

The nearest airport to Wayanad is the Calicut International Airport, located about 65 kilometres away. On arrival, you can book a taxi to reach this land of mesmerising beauty.
